Backstage revoluce

A raw version of events from the beginning of the Ukrainian Maidan as filmed by a group of young Czechs. The unfocused images from the compact camera give a feeling of immediacy to the tense events on the square. Reportage-style editing reveals the well thought-out infrastructure and stage of the revolution which is about to break out. (Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival)
