I have to join the side of those who were also did not enjoy this film at all. It’s a tedious and incredibly slow drama, pretending to be a thriller thanks to the final twist, which had no impact on me because I wished it to end already. Son Ye-jin is probably the only positive aspect, she acts really well and the visuals are traditionally okay, but otherwise it was completely off for me. Story***, Action>No, Humor>No, Violence*, Entertainment**, Music***, Visuals****, Atmosphere**, Tension**. 4/10.

Unlike most, I was entertained by the film from the start. I just felt like it had two different faces. One normal one and another that didn't appeal to me at all and seemed slightly deranged. By that I mean, for example, the strange ritual somewhere in the middle of the film and the other "artistic" elements and scenes that, in my opinion, they didn't pull off all that well. Anyway, the final denouement literally shocked me and bumped the film up a level, at least for me. 4 stars.
