North Dakota's oil boom is beginning to bust but it's boosted the wave of crime that came with the rush. Underworld, Inc. delves into the dark side of the boom to expose the illegal hustles. It's soared sex, theft and violence that has turned boomers into criminals. We follow the boomtowners who live on the fringe of society, stealing and selling what they can until the boom returns.
