angielski SonGokussj wrote a comment in their review on FilmBooster, which turned out to be right once again. Unfortunately, although I am usually pretty bad at predicting what will happen, I had a pretty accurate idea of where the narrative and characters were going to go from the second episode onwards. I even had a clear picture of how it would end, and I had an idea of why this anime series was called Plastic Memories. The first episode was great; it offered an interesting storyline. It was an emotional ride, only for the second episode to strip everything to the bone, revealing the problem and how it would be solved in the final episodes. Given the vibe of this anime series, the end was way too obvious. The third episode affirmed that the characters' development would also be painfully obvious, so I was disappointed. It was like seeing a beautiful example in a math book that looks complicated, thinking about it, and realizing that you know how much X is and know the exact result within seconds. Would you enjoy calculating something like that? The only sensible reason to get into something like that is to check you were right. So I persevered with this show to the end, and unfortunately, the only thing that surprised me was how little they dealt with the cases of picking up individual Giftia and how much it tried to "get me drunk" on the love story, which was pretty bad too.
