Billy Zane is a guarantee that a film could be quite funny. In this case, it definitely applies, so you can look forward to a few of his rather decent dialogues. But the film also works on the action level, where some of the sniper scenes are actually quite good and suspenseful. A modern version of a sniper is fine.
