Sahara

Sahara is not bad, although I have seen some much better-made movies as far as the animation is concerned. Plus, I have seen much better movies from France (Mune: Guardian of the Moon, Asterix: The Mansions of the Gods, for example). There is nothing new or surprising when it comes to the narrative. However, you could say that it is still pretty well executed, and it is not boring most of the time (even though it is not extremely entertaining either). The characters are also quite likable, and the bad guy especially is really very good, in my opinion, so there is not much to criticize there either. As a result, I found it a pretty decent animated movie you can watch perhaps once. However, I have absolutely no desire to see it again, especially not any time soon. 5.5/10. (15.05.2017)

An average animated movie, which surprises mainly by the fact that the main characters are snakes, which aren't typically portrayed as positive characters in children's films. At least, mostly not. Here they look quite good, even though the animation isn't exactly breathtaking. It's watchable. (23.05.2017)
