angielski Do not dwell on the past and all sorts of "what ifs" – this is advice that everyone knows, everyone likes to give, but few follow. Similar pondering has various consequences such as various troubles or at least unpleasant surprises. The author has had enough experience in relationships and obviously shed some tears, so none of the participants is a purely positive hero, but despite the mistakes on all sides, nobody comes out looking foolish or unappealing. angielski The umpteenth variation of a winter stroll romance, underpinned by sensual neons across a river of a vibrant big city. A less mature and more childish sibling to Before We Go, or 5 to 7, with characters that are not nearly as fleshed out by life and emotionally progressive at first glance. It's a kind of experimental ride for IT people who would like to explore what the world has to offer, but are not adventurous enough and too conservative for that. That’s exactly the characters that Dan Stevens and Rebecca Hall portray, with a bit of hyperbole. The chemistry between them is fine, but the need to break up their conservative monologues with a gay counterpoint from the other couple is too on the nose and at times quite annoying. The best character is of course played by Gina Gershon, who’s perfect. The idea is good, the execution is rather lethargic, skimming the surface and only going deep in two or three scenes, which is not enough for the best in the genre. ()

angielski I thought this might be quite an interesting film about when a couple, just before they get married, say that maybe it's a good idea to see others, that it would be better if they find someone else on the side before they get married. Unfortunately, the film thought it was clever, which turned out to be false. It’s also not very smart, either. ()
