Uzdolniony kryptozoolog Travis pragnie znaleźć dowód na istnienie prehistorycznej bestii, siejącej spustoszenie w pewnej chińskiej wiosce. Miejscowi wierzą, że to demon zabija ludzi. Travis dociera w rejon, gdzie znaleziono ślady po zaginionych pracownikach firmy budowlanej. Okazuje się, że na miejscu ma szanse spotkać się nie tylko z bestią, ale też ze swoim zaciekłym antagonistą, bezwzględnym łowcą Harkerem. Even though I thought I wasn't a fan of Adkins, I have to say that his face has stuck in my head so much that I'm actually looking forward to his movies. Plus, a movie with Dolph Lundgren in it, that's something I wouldn't want to miss. On top of all that, it's about animals that shouldn't exist, and they're animated with terrible digital effects. It's bad, it's cliché after cliché, but it's still such terrible fun that you just have to watch it. Or maybe you won't even bother watching it. I actually enjoyed it, so why not.
