Po przejęciu władzy nad stolicą, gang Niani (Agnieszka Dygant) przygotowuje się do największej akcji przemytniczej w dziejach kraju. Będąca postrachem Warszawy grupa sprowadza do kraju tonę kolumbijskiej kokainy. Kiedy towar znika w podejrzanych okolicznościach, a kartel żąda głów, do Polski trafia śmiertelnie niebezpieczna Aida (Angie Cepeda). Kolumbijka znajduje sojusznika w osobie trójmiejskiego przemytnika – Mata (Piotr Adamczyk). Mafioso od dawna pragnie umocnić swoją pozycję w półświatku, ale jego plany komplikują napięte relacje ze zbuntowaną córką – Stellą (Aleksandra Grabowska). W tym samym czasie na wolność wychodzi Spuchnięta Anka (Katarzyna Warnke). Kochająca luksusy maniakalna zakupoholiczka cudem przeżyła więzienne piekło, po którym z trudem odnajduje się w nowej rzeczywistości. Wystarczy jednak nieoczekiwane zdarzenie, by znalazła się na celowniku ogólnopolskich mediów i z dnia na dzień stała się „mafijną celebrytką”. (Kino Świat)

I was missing the Polish setting from the first installment. I don't think that moving the story abroad was a particularly good idea. Anna and Daria were clearly driving the story again. The other characters were far from uninteresting, but none of them compared to those two. Vega's style is unmistakable: obscenity instead of punctuation, and humor (mostly black) alternating with brutal bloodshed. Exactly my kind of thing.

Patryk Vega and his insane gangster film from the deepest drug and mafia milieu got a sequel and it's again a great ride that remains misunderstood abroad, but luckily our people like it. Agnieszka Dygant sets up the biggest smuggling operation ever seen in Poland and partners up with the Mexican cartel, but not everything goes to plan and heads start to roll. The film has a good pace, interesting characters, occasionally entertaining and boorish humour and, above all, it deserves praise from the gore. I find Vega to be a bit of a Tom Savini, serving up some very uncompromising scenes that are not easy to watch even for the hardened viewer (a close-up of a dismemberment with a motorbike, a drill in a knee, or grinding teeth with a file is perhaps one of the most brutal scenes I've ever seen!). If you've seen Vega's previous films and like his style, you're guaranteed to like this one too. 8/10.
