Jack Collins (Milo Gibson) jest łotrem wojennym i byłym członkiem oddziału Navy SEAL. Po zakończeniu kariery postanowił wykorzystać swoje zdolności i stał się łowcą nagród, który śledzi terrorystów w ramach CIA na rzecz prywatnych firm. Zgodnie z poleceniem swojej opiekuni z CIA – Leigh (Sylvia Hoeks), Collins udaje się w podróż do Londynu na polowanie. Celem, po który główny bohater musiał przemierzyć ocean jest podejrzany o łamanie prawa operator CIA - McKnight (Elliot Cowan).
