My first foursome for one of the episodes only came because the creators incorporated a completely unnecessary storyline with a nurse. It was unnecessary mainly because the siege of Bastogne definitely didn't need to "enhance" itself with some touching almost romance, I mean, I think it was more than enough for a person to imagine being in the place of the boys from the 506th regiment. I also missed the information that Eugene Roe was nominated for the Medal of Honor for his actions at Bastogne.
