Il signor Diavolo

Italy, 1950s. Carlo, a teenager, has murdered Emilio, a disabled boy who lives with the local priest. The authorities want to shed some light on the incident, but their relationship with the church are extremely tense. Things get complicated when Carlo, who committed the murder to avenge his best friend, starts talking about the devil and accuses a nun of having instigated the crime. (Sitges Film Festival)
