Postanawia użyć mocy istoty do własnych celów. Wkrótce Stan i Dommer zwabiają do szopy swoich największych wrogów. Tak rozpoczyna się krwawy spektakl, który pokaże, że w skali okrucieństwa człowiek może dorównać najgorszym demonom. (Kino Świat)

angielski The Shed is an above-average amateur production with a bunch of clichés, annoying classmates, a pretty co-ed and a monster in a shed. In the end, it loses even the little seriousness it had before. The whole theater was rolling on the floor with laughter. [Sitges FF] ()

angielski Stan, almost an 18-year-old orphan, deals with the problems any almost ordinary rebellious American teenager has - he gets a crush on a beautiful girl, his classmates bully him and also his best friend, his supervisor grandpa gives him a hard time, and to make matters worse, a bloodthirsty vampire appears in the shed outside his house. And so, a dangerous deadly game begins. However, the storyline of The Shed develops in a somewhat half-hearted way, and for a long time alternates simply between scenes revolving around Stan circling around the shed in question, and then him having nightmares (a lot of the horror scenes in the movie turn out to be just a dream, which becomes a bit hackneyed after the first scene) and and gets his ass kicked by his classmates, which all leads to a bloodthirsty final showdown, where, however, the previously serious tone and all logic go by the wayside, and the movie becomes either a deliberate or perhaps unintentional comedy, with a few decent gory moments, but at the same time also some stupid plot turns. It is greatly inspired by Tom Holland's Fright Night and similar teenage vampire movies from the '80s. Anyway, the makers could have done a little more work on the screenplay. [Sitges 2019] ()

angielski A horror with comedic elements about two boys who are almost eighteen, one of whom lives with a strict grandfather and the other is bullied by classmates. Then a bloodthirsty vampire starts living in the shed in front of one of their homes, and he just might be able to solve their problems. A crackling funny horror comedy could have been created based on a similar theme, but this is in fact almost an amateur film that starts getting imaginative only in the last twenty minutes, and which comes off as if it was filmed by enthusiasts who put together a few popular horror clichés (there four scenes where someone experiences something horrible and then wakes up and it turns out to be just a dream) into an incoherent story with amateur actors, two successful jokes and a ton of "scary" shots of a wooden shed. angielski The American horror movie The Shed shows that Frank Sabatella should definitely make more movies. His work is very appealing to fans of the horror genre, and they can appreciate the effort he puts into his movies and his ability to produce them. Yes, these are pretty low-budget horror movies. However, they are well made, and you can feel the quality and love for the genre, which you just do not get with many amateur productions. ()
