Nancy Drew from 2002 is exactly halfway between the 1995 series and the 2007 film. Purely chronologically, as well as in terms of quality. Since it is once again an adaptation of a long-running series and the result is a single TV movie, it loses its main charm. I of course understand that there was an effort to rush any new Nancy so that she could be given to Carolyn Keene aka Mildred Wirt Benson.

Marieh Delfino, who strongly reminds me of Alicia Silverstone, is the only highlight in an otherwise average story of a girl who wanted to uncover the truth about drugs at a notorious school. A waste of time.
