Biografia (1)
Born in France to Polish parents, Julia Kowalski's first documentary examined her roots. Since, she has explored themes related to the working class, Poland, adolescence, family, sexuality. Her short, Musique de Chambre (2013), was screened at many festivals. Her first feature, Raging Rose (2015), took home the 2014 Sopadin Award for Best Screenplay and was presented in Cannes in the ACID 2015 selection.
