Award-winning filmmaker Martin Shore began his entertainment career as a professional musician, touring with the likes of Bo Diddley, Clarence Clemons, and many others. As a Grammy®-nominated music and film producer, Shore has produced major motion pictures and music for television series and feature films. Take Me to the River, his 2014 directorial debut, won awards for best film at SXSW, Raindance London, and many other festivals around the world. Mad Hannans is his follow-up film. His next film, Take Me to the River New Orleans, is currently in post-production.
