Biografia
He studied Communications at the Catholic University of Asunción and Cinema at the London Film School. His shorts have screened at Berlinale, Clermont Ferrand and Kinoforum, among others. He was executive director of the first public television station in Paraguay from 2010 until 2012. La voz perdida won Best Short Film at the Venice Film Festival.
