Vardan Tozija

Vardan Tozija was born and raised in Skopje, Macedonia. He graduated at the Faculty of Drama Arts in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia, in Film and TV directing. He also attended to law studies and political science studies at the State University of Cyril and Methodius.
