Producer, director and screenwriter Genki Kawamura has produced more than 30 films, including those of Mamoru Hosoda, Bakemono no ko (The Boy and the Beast, 2015), Mirai (My Little Sister, 2018) and Belle (2021) and of Makoto Shinkai, Kimi no na wa (Your Name, 2016) and Tenki no ko (Weathering with You, 2019).
