Roselyn Sanchez

Sanchez starred on the big screen opposite Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in The Game Plan. She first wowed audiences as undercover Secret Service agent Isabella Molina in the blockbuster hit Rush Hour 2, alongside Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan. For this performance, she received an ALMA Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

From 2005 to 2009, Sanchez played Special Agent Elena Delgado in 88 episodes of the hit CBS drama "Without a Trace." This role won the actress her first ALMA Award in 2008. She has been a guest on TNT's "Rizzoli & Isles" and USA Network's "Royal Pains."

Sanchez composed and starred in the musical Yellow, a labor of love about a singer/dancer/actress who leaves Puerto Rico to hit the big time in New York City. The film, costarring D.B. Sweeney and Bill Duke, took eight years to develop and was released in 2006.

Other film credits include Boat Trip, opposite Cuba Gooding Jr.; Basic, with John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson and Giovanni Ribisi; Chasing Papi, alongside SofÃa Vergara; Nightstalker, with Danny Trejo and Bret Roberts; Underclassman, alongside Nick Cannon and Cheech Marin; and Edison, co-starring Justin Timberlake, Morgan Freeman, LL Cool J and Kevin Spacey.

After conquering the big screen, Sanchez set her sights on another dream. In 2003, she released her debut album, "Borinqueña." She was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award for Best Music Video for the single "Amor Amor," which she also performed at the 2004 Latin Grammys ceremony.

Sanchez is a business partner and spokesperson for PETA. She participated in the highly successful "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" campaign. The ad was released in both Spanish and English markets.

She is also the first Hispanic ambassador for the worldwide children's charity Operation Smile. Sanchez organized the Triathlon for Life, benefitting Puerto Rico's San Jorge Children's Foundation and La Casa Cuna of San Juan.
