Roar Uthaug

Born 1973, Uthaug graduated from The Norwegian National Film School in 2002. His graduation film THE MARTIN ADMINISTRATION was nominated for a Student Academy Award. Since graduating he has worked extensively as a commercial director. His debut feature film COLD PREY (2006) was a huge box office-hit in Norway, sold to more than 40 countries and spawned two sequels. In 2009 he co-directed the children's adventure MAGIC SILVER, which was an even bigger success. All his films have traveled extensively on the international festival circuit. Epic actionadventure ESCAPE is his third feature.
