A native of Los Angeles and son of a jazz musician and entertainment payroll entrepreneur, Eric Dyson has been a part of the entertainment industry his whole life.. Following graduation from Brooks Institute of Photography, his first job was working at Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment. Over the years. His directorial debut was a short entitled Chasing Leonard, which was accepted by the Atlanta Black Film Festival, Tulsa Film Festival and the Valley Film Festival in Burbank, CA.
