A graduate in Social Communication from the Metropolitan Autonomous University with the documentary Rockdrigo, la ciudad del recuerdo 2001, which took part in national and international festivals. As a freelance he has made the documentary films Mundomatraca (2003), Alicia en el subterráneo (2004) and Salonisimo, Salón Victoria, En el camino (2007). During his studies at the Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematográficos in UNAM he has directed the practice films Hace falta un buen Blues (2004), La Mujer Verde (2004), Facundo y los buses que cuelgan del cielo (2006) and his graduation film Goodbye Garibaldi (2008).
