Irene Paul

Born in Yokohama, Japan to a U.S. citizen father and Japanese citizen mother, Irene Paul has lived in Los Angeles for most of her life, except for a few years living in Highland Park, New Jersey while working at NYU. A graduate of UCLA, Irene is recently retired after having worked as an Environmental Planner for the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Water and Power (DWP).
