After studying Politics at the Complutense University of Madrid for over a year, Nacho A. Villar enrolled in the film writing workshop at the ECAM -Madrid Film School- (2009-2010), lectured by writer Pablo Remón. All along he starts to work as a production assistant on the film La Voz Dormida (Benito Zambrano, 2011). On September 2011, Nacho A. Villar began his degree in Filmmaking at the ECAM. In 2012 he worked as an assistant director in the film Libertador (Alberto Arvelo, 2013). He works as an associate critic writer at Caimán. Cuadernos de Cine.
