Víctor Moreno

Víctor Moreno developed a successful career as a maker of short films before directing the documentary features Edificio España (2012), nominated for a Goya, and Holidays (2010), winner of the New Directors Special Jury Prize at Las Palmas Film Festival. He also directed the medium-length La piedra (2013), presented at Visions du Réel (Switzerland) and winner of the City of Alcalá (Alcine) second prize and of the Alcances Special Award. La ciudad oculta was presented at the Amsterdam Documentary Film Festival and carried off the Best Photography Award at the Seville European Film Festival as well as Best Film in the Canarias Cinemas Section of Las Palmas Festival.
