Born in Paris, Flavien Berger has been immersed in the world of cinema since childhood as his mother is a film editor and his father, Daniel Berger, is at once a producer, director and journalist for “Jazz Hot”. Diverging from his parents’ path, he steered himself toward sound design at the ENSCI of Paris. Along with several other students, he founded the group Sin~, which paired experimental electronic music with videos at concerts to make dreamlike visual performances. A self-taught composer, he released his second album “Contre-Temps” in September 2018. This album was followed by “Radio Contre-Temps” in 2019, an invitation into the artist’s mind blending minimalist soundscapes with pop compositions.
