Before landing her first real role on Just the Ten of Us in 1988 as "Cindy Lubbock", Luner began her career as an actress at the tender age of three doing commercials. After graduating high school in 1989, she took a break from acting when Just the Ten of Us was cancelled in 1991, and attended culinary school.
