Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1963, Sebastián Borensztein studied communication science at the Universidad de El Salvador. As an author and director he realized various TV-series, among others "EL Garante" (1997) and "Tiempo final" (2000-2002). Both series were nominated for an 'International Emmy Award'.
