Barbarą Białowąs (1978) is a screenwriter and director. She graduated in cultural studies and film directing in Katowice. She shot the short documentary Moscow Wife (Moskiewska zona, 2006) and the short live-action film My New Path (Moja nowa droga, 2009). The romantic drama Big Love (2012) is her feature film debut.
