Biografia
Born in 1976 in Budapest, Bálint Kenyeres studied philosophy and film history before graduating in directing from Szfe Színház – És Filmművészeti Egyetem (University of Theatre and Film Arts) in Budapest in 2006. His first short, Closing Time (1999), premiered in competition in Venice while his next one, Before Dawn, was in competition in Cannes in 2005 and won an Honorable Mention at Sundance. Hier is his first feature.
