The ultimate homage to the classic MGM cartoons, it's impossible not to see Tom and Jerry, Looney Tunes and a ton of other timeless classics. The animation, the patina, the goofiness, the over-the-top violence, the wagon bugs, the situations... Everything, really. What takes Brooker's playful declaration of love one step further is that it is interactive. There are a little over half a dozen situations within one grotesque scene where you have to intervene, each with about five completely different variations of "how to get past the watchdog" and each with a different imaginative animation for (un)success. And they are all worth watching, because they are not just a few frames of animation different, as one would expect. To make matters more interesting, it's not interactive in the style of "decide what to do", but in the form of a curious quiz, which is often as crazy as what’s happening on screen.
