Love in the Villa is a typical Netflix romantic flick in the worst sense. On the one hand, we have the beautiful setting of Verona and its surroundings, but on the other, the film fails to compensate for the screenwriting and acting flaws. Kat Graham was okay, but Tom Hopper and Sean Amsing were really, really bad. Otherwise, "less is more" is not some empty phrase, by the end I was sick of the constant rehashing of "Love will find a way!", it was a pain in the ears. But not to only negative, the character of Cassie was funny at times. Better two stars!
