Clara i Mario to młode małżeństwo, które marząc o powiększeniu rodziny, postanawia zakupić większy dom. Po obejrzeniu kilku, agentka namawia ich na kupno luksusowego apartamentu. Na miejscu okazuje się, że wygląd domu nie do końca zgadza się z opisem kobiety. Wydaje się być opuszczony i wszędzie walają się kończyny manekinów. Widok jest przerażający. Agentka jednak przekonuję parę do kupna mieszkania. I to było ich największym błędem. A mianowicie dom okazuje się pułapką, nadzorowaną przez straszną właścicielkę domu. (Vision)

I must give it a full score. It’s truly nerve-wrecking, with a perfect villain, it really worked on me overall, something that doesn’t happen very often. The runtime is right, if it was longer it would need to repeat itself and would get boring. The entire film has a pretty gloomy and depressive tone, making the moments when the characters get a chance to escape all the more shiny. The logic stumbles in some parts, but it can be forgiven thanks to how flawless everything else is. Objectively 80%, but for me it’s 99%.

This is proper horror, and considering how low its budget was, it's probably the best horror B-movie I've ever seen. It's basically about a visit to a real estate office that gets "a little" out of control and the craziest part is that it can happen in real life – after this one I'll be on the lookout forever!!! :D The atmosphere is insane, the 60 minute running time is perfect, the dirty and disgusting visuals of the old house only add to the authenticity, the story makes sense and the crazy maniacal psychopath is perhaps the most iconic horror villain of all time. It has its flaws but within the sub-genre it's very good stuff and it will make you swat. An uncomfortable horror film just right for an evening.
