As an enthusiastic reader of Terry Pratchett, I had two options when evaluating it. The first was open criticism of the creators for not sticking to the book's originality, while the second was the excitement of finally seeing an adaptation of one of my favorite books. After the first episode, the second possibility clearly prevailed; Pratchett's humor was present, David Tennant played Bill Nighy very well, and I had a great time. The subtitle creators stated that they based their work on Jan Kantůrek's Czech translation, and I want to thank them for that. No one else could have translated Terry Pratchett's books better.
