Biografia
Jihane Chouaib was born in Beirut, raised in Mexico during the Lebanese civil war, and studied philosophy and theater in France. She has directed five short films including the acclaimedFrom Under My Bed (2005). Her documentary Dream Country (2012) was hailed by the French press as "a poetic manifesto" about exile that is "intensely emotional" and "beautiful and sensitive.
