Jako lekarka zajmująca się płodnością, Sarah doskonale rozumie cykl życia: rodzisz się, żyjesz, a potem umierasz. I tyle. Ale kiedy zostaje zmuszona do zrozumienia coraz dziwniejszych zachowań swojej córki Mii, Sarah musi zakwestionować własne przekonania i zmierzyć się z duchem przeszłości. (Cineman)

A mediocre horror drama where the relationship between a mother and her young daughter is severely tested when the ghosts of her past start to resurface. Seen many times, unexciting, slow, those 100 minutes felt incredibly long. The setting of the Australian outback adds a bit of appeal to the film in the second half, otherwise I can't think of much reason to see it. ()
Well, well, someone here tried to copy Ari Aster’s Hereditary or Jennifer Kent’s Babadook. But Daina Reid, the director, completely missed the essence that makes the aforementioned films popular with critics and fans alike, resulting in an annoyingly pretentious borefest incapable of arousing any emotion beyond an intense wish that the insufferable boy and his unlikeable mother would be brutally slaughtered by some supernatural entity no later than than thirty minutes into the film.
